OGD set out to reposition its employer brand around a simple but powerful idea: you are more than your job title. Instead of focusing on roles and requirements, the campaign shifted attention to the person behind the function.

We helped bring this idea to life by creating a platform where candidates could build their own vacancy, combining personality traits, interests and skills into a unique job description. Each outcome was translated into a tailored story and visualized through dynamic content, turning recruitment into a personal experience.

By flipping the traditional hiring model, the campaign moved away from fitting people into predefined roles and instead showed how OGD adapts to the individual. The result is a brand that feels human, personal and genuinely different in a highly competitive market.
